Terms

Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions made to www.myspadirect.co.uk. Please be sure to read them thoroughly and also take time to review our privacy policy  in the Privacy Policy section of this website. MySpa Direct is owned and managed by MySpa UK Limited.

  1. These terms may be subject to change at any time without notice. MySpa will apply new terms to any subsequent orders received.
  2. Delivery can be made to any UK address, however that we can not deliver to PO boxes or mail drop-boxes. Depending on the delivery service used a signature may be required on delivery.
  3. Delivery charges and estimated time-scales are specified in the Postage and Delivery section. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time-scales, however delays are occasionally inevitable and beyond our control. MySpa Direct accepts no liability for failed deliveries. This will not affect your consumer statutory rights.
  4. Goods will be dispatched subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this in writing as soon as possible. 
  5. The GBP sterling price advertised on this website at the time of order is the price you will pay, except if we have identified a pricing error. Whilst we will endeavour to ensure that all of our prices are accurate, it is possible for an error to occur. If we identify an error in pricing we will notify you at once in writing and you will have the option to either accept the correct price of the goods or cancel your order with us. If we are unable to contact you we will assume the order is cancelled. Where you have already paid for the items and decide to cancel in these circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
  6. Payment can be made by any of the methods detailed in our shop cart. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless MySpa UK are negligent we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
  7. We carry out stringent security checks on all transactions and reserve the right to refuse any order that has been placed under what we deem to be suspicious circumstances or where the details given do not match the security details held by the card issuer. If we regard the transaction to be suspicious, we may contact you to confirm your details prior to accepting the order for dispatch. MySpa UK reserves the right to refuse to process a transaction and refund the card in question.
  8. The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
  9. All sizes and measurements detailed on the MySpa Direct website are approximate and provided for your guidance only. Any errors will be notified as soon as possible.
  10. We do not guarantee that this website will be compatible with your PC or device, MySpa UK accept no liability for any corruption or loss of data held on your PC or device, or any liability for any other loss or damage of any kind caused to your PC or device resulting from the use of this website.
